Junior Fitness

I’m passionate about promoting fitness with fun for juniors and also encouraging parents and grandparents to join in.

Activities include swimming (pool and wild swimming), water safety skills, kayaking, athletics (to include conditioning and strengthening) and wild camping.

With over 30 years swimming teaching, I also hold the highest qualifications in open water and pool to include water safety, working with groups and individuals. I’m highly qualified in all of these fields and have worked with children for over three decades in schools, my own clubs and individuals. Working on confidence building, technique and strengthening from the complete beginner to international standard. All ages and abilities.

I am passionate about the water and promoting technique and water safety, working with children from 6 weeks to 18 years building confidence in the water. Many of my junior clients I have been working with for over 7 years, it is wonderful to follow their progression and hopefully sports and fitness will mean fun and enjoyment for the rest of their lives.
