What could be better than exploring the River Wye or the Canal in my stable design of kayak, getting a fantastic work out at the same time! I coach clients of all ages, from beginner to intermediate, in the wonderful environments of still-water canals and the majestic River Wye.

Kayaking is great non load-bearing exercise and far from just working the arms and shoulders it is terrific for abdominal and core strength – and it is FUN!

    A Rather awesome Wild Swim down the Wye today Monmouth 2k walk 2k swim ! Wonderful people, stunning day and a Wye that delighted every single soul .
    Remember these events are fully insured and supported by water safety kayakers and second wild swim support. These events are to introduce you to reading the river ,all safety aspects , technique and confidence building
