Trail Running

Strength / technique / drills & trail run: working specifically on the individuals.

This day will enable you to go forward with your running and realise strength and technique are paramount to injury free running and an all over fitness. Time will also be spent identifying any weaknesses using correct muscle groups.  Working out of Symonds Yat, Monmouth and Usk.

Half days available minimum of 4 people at £25

Full days available minimum of 4 people at £40
