Strength/ technique / drills & trail run: Working specifically on the individuals:

This day will enable you to go forward with your running and realise strength and technique are paramount to an injury free running and an all over fitness, also identifying weakness using correct muscle groups.  Working out of the Symonds Yat Monmouth & Usk

Half days available minimum of 4 people at £25
